General Management assistance means they know all the regs, tell us when
we need to file what, and put out the annual Statement of Disclosure
required by State of Cal. We¹ve found it very useful to have a
relationship with a management firm that we can consult from time to time
on various issues and to help keep us legal. Keep in mind, that California
in its effort to protect consumers has come up with a lot of regulations
about disclosure, etcŠwhen you are a self managed, relatively small,
homeowners association, we find them to be quite a painŠ.
