hi all,

just to clarify, the sites I host for communities do have a common meal system
that can be integrated into the accounting system. The site I host for Nevada
City Cohousing isn’t currently using the meal system because I believe they’re
using a meal system developed by a community member. I’ll be happy to set up a
meal system for them on their site should they decide they’d like to switch.

So far, each community’s meal system has been slightly different so I’ve
modified the code to accommodate the unique features for each one. The meal
system can be integrated with the accounting system which means that invoices
can be automatically (or manually) created for each household (or individual)
that signs up for a meal on the meal calendar. There are reports that show each
household their meal history as well as one for the meal team to show meal
history for the whole community. The accounting system can also optionally
handle the entire accounting for a community including HOA invoices, credits
for reimbursements, bill paying, bank deposits, reporting, budgeting, etc.

please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions.

thanks,
  sean
