wow. i'd thought this would be a done deal by now. i have a house to sell
in Pennsylvania, which might take a few months,  but have always wanted to
return to live in Santa Fe. Could you keep me in mind if you don't get any
takers? I'll keep in touch.

i'm a retired (pensioned) state lawyer doing anti-discrimination work, have
house/dog-sat in swan's way in Oakland, and been to several conferences. i
do have a cat, but my mother kidnapped him when i went to California at
Thanksgiving and won't give him back.
