Except for small communities, we always recommend a commercial sanitizer,
2.5 minutes per cycle. This gets all the dishes, even for a big meal done
quickly. I don¹t understand Sharon¹s comment that people need to be
trainedŠ.never really had the problemŠeveryone in our 34 unit community
including teens and kids seem to be able to use it, although we might not
all remember how to drain it without looking at the cheat sheet. Having
only one dishwasher allows the kitchen layout to be smaller and more
useful.
