Cohousing-L Mailing List: Co-Ops

Hello all,

For a variety of reasons, our community (Jubilee) has had to reexamine our
legal structure.  We originally formed as a Condominium Association.  I now
appears that in our county,  the only way to be able to closely cluster our
houses, is to form as a Co-Op.



I would love to hear from any cohousing communities who use this legal
structure.  Does anyone know how many there are?  What are the pros and
cons.  What challenges should we anticipate?
