Yes, JICC participants are very aware of the cohousing movement!

I (and others) have been presenting at the JICC about cohousing every year...

There is also a Jewish cohousing community forming in Berkeley, CA... (Residents don't have to "be" Jewish, but it will be a community with the Jewish tradition at its core.)

And I've started a nonprofit development partner called Urban Moshav to help other Jewish cohousing communities get started. We're part of Katie McCamant's 500 Communities program. There's more info at http://www.urbanmoshav.org/

I'll be presenting again at this year's JICC. Everyone is welcome.
