Rocky Corner cohousing, in Bethany CT (construction starting this 
spring) has a few members from Westchester County and thereabouts. We're 
apparently your nearest choice.

Another cohousing group is beginning to get off the ground nearer to you 
(in the Norwalk CT area), but they're just beginning to form and have 
nothing concrete yet.
