Berkeley Moshav is a forming cohousing community in Berkeley, CA. On the
last two Sundays in April, we are hosting a two-day workshop -- open to
anyone interested in cohousing development -- on finding a site and
developing it into cohousing. Among the topics we will cover:

   - Development roles and responsibilities
   - Development process/timeline
   - Designing cohousing (in and urban setting)
   - Finance, investments, and budgets
   - Site search and acquisition

This intensive workshop, led by cohousing experts Katie McCamant and Chuck
Durrett, shares best practices gleaned from their 25 years experience
creating cohousing. *Everyone is welcome*. Cost is $450 for the first adult
from a household and $150 for the second. Food and childcare are available.
We will also try to make video recordings available to registrants who
cannot attend the entire workshop.

See you soon!
