At Washington Village Co-housing Community we have the following practices :
The workshop is kept locked for safety reasons
Members wanting access to use the workshop sign an indemnity form
Members wanting to use the machine tools are given a basic introduction
Authorised members are provided the code to the keyless workshop door lock
Members sign out and sign back in any borrowed tools
All power outlets are locked with keyless lock code provided to authorised
members
Safety notices are posted on the walls
