Re: communities that handle real estate transactions internally?

Greetings - I'm wondering if communities that handle their real estate
transactions for buyers and sellers internally allow owners to have an agent
represent themselves. How are transactions handled?
Thx

We (Mosaic Commons in Berlin, MA) have never had an audit. (We are almost
11 years old.)  We are discussing whether to do so now. So I'm very
interested in this question.
