Rental unit available on June 1st(or thereabouts, depending on Corona virus 
situation).Ground floor, spacious single bedroomhome unit with a small garden 
in front.Fully furnished, including allappliances (fridge, cooking range,built 
in microwave, dishwasher,washer and dryer, internet). Front porch with seating 
and view intothe courtyard and vegetable plot. Back faces wetlands/ wild 
nature.Use of car and bicycle if desired. ADA walk in shower with grab 
bars.Plenty of storage space. Bamboo flooring = easy maintenance. Warning to 
those with cat allergies:owner has cats ( but they will not be inside the home 
when rentalstarts) so some traces may remain, even after pre-rental cleaning.
Freshly painted exterior and brand newgutter/downspout system. Wonderful 
neighbors!
Monthly rental for $1000 all inclusive,plus cleaning deposit. Personal rental 
insurance required at move in.References will be requested for back ground 
check.Looking for a person (s) who isknowledgeable or interested in cohousing,
