At Village Hearth we went electric for construction cost reasons, except
we have a gas stove in the common house.
Two of our three unit models were designed for 24" stoves. As a person who likes to cook I was distressed to discover that 24" induction stoves are not available in the US. I have heard that they probably will be here in a few years.

After reviewing those points, it was an easy decision for us to go all-electric. Those of us who like to cook are buying induction ranges.
