180$/month per household We are 19 SFD(single family detached) homes with a 3000 SF commonhouse. Trash, snow removal, reserves (*1/2 of the dues*) Elec/Data at commonhouse (reserves cover the commonhouse and the parking lots/drives) Self managed with significant commonhouse and grounds maintenance done by members (lawn mowing etc) Also did our own reserves studies (1 architect + 1 builder in house + bought the software) So that's saving us at least 9000/year = 40$/month/household JACK WILBERN *Blueberry Hill Cohousing* Vienna VA Created 2000AD
