We at Arboretum Cohousing in Madison, Wisconsin, began regular Sunday meals
about a month ago. Meals are simple so only a couple of cooks are needed. We
ask that those who would prefer take out, come first. Those who are comfortable
with dining together have a large dining room wirh a number of tables plus a
smaller room to spread out. While a lot of people pitch in to help clean up, we
are masked at this point and moving quickly thru our tasks.

Subject: [C-L]_ Eating together during COVID

Are there any communities out there who are eating together in the common
house regularly again? Here at JPCohousing (Boston) our meals program has
been suspended since March 2020. I’m just wondering what other groups are
doing.

If you are sharing meals again, are there any new protocols in place? If
you are not there yet, what are some of the reasons?

Thanks,
 Patti
