What sort of arrangements have cohousing residents made to support 
aging-in-place?

Some cohousing communities were founded for older adults and were designed for 
aging-in-place, but my 
question is more about “retrofit” arrangements where a group of older cohousing 
residents have created a “self-help” 
aging-in-place community within a cohousing community. This might involve 
community support for the aging-in-place group,
or it may be arrangements and agreements the older group have made among 
themselves.
