Working productively with conflict is one of the biggest challenges of
cohousing and the biggest opportunity for growth. The three-part conflict
series covers strategies for working effectively with our own conflicts,
maximizing the growth and learning we experience in conflict, and
supporting others in conflict.

April courses are available from Karen Gimnig and Teri Grunthaner on
Connect Collaborate Grow’s platform.  This spring offers a rare opportunity
to complete all three parts in just 2 months. Teri will be offering Part 1
on Mondays, 4:30-6:30 pm PST, April 4, 11, 18, 25. Karen will be offering
Part 2 as a one-day workshop on Sun, Apr 24, 8a-4p PST, and Part 3 on
Wednesdays in May - May 4, 11, 18, 25 ,4-6 pm PST.

Karen’s client communities participate in these courses at no additional
cost. Others are welcome to join us at a cost of $80 per part or $200 for
the full series.
