LaQuerencia, an intergenerational cohousing community with 28 homes, has 3
USPS parcel delivery lockers, as well as mail slots of what sounds like
your description of dimensions for residents' notes / misdelivered USPS
mail, newspaper sections one is passing along, etc.  A book can be put into
a resident's mail slot.

You might regret rolling carts with pendaflex folders, in my opinion.
