Milly -

I am just starting out and am exploring using Mosaic - a free software system 
written specifically for Co-Housing Condo associations.  So far it is looking 
good (though the Financial system is very basic.)

Part of what we like about it is that all the members can be set up to see the 
Financial reports and even the bank activity. We hope this transparency 
combined with a FS I will issue monthly AND a second member of the finance team 
reviewing the bank reconciliation monthly will provide the accountability our 
fellow Co-Ho'ers need.
