thanks for your reply, Glen. I am assuming most if not all members of your 
cohousing community are vaccinated? are there other in person meetings 
happening? meals? team meetings?

IHi, Judith. was the tech person, not part of the leaders who decided to have a 
hybrid meeting.My understanding is that some people are not comfortable meeting 
in person.  Including people whose immune systems might be compromised.A hybrid 
meeting was an alternative to an all-Zoom meeting.  And this was a meeting of a 
climate change organization I'm part of, not my cohousing community, which is 
still doing our large meetings on Zoom.  Maybe we will switch to hybrid now.
