When Wild Sage first formed about 20 years ago Airbnb / VRBO simply was not
a thing aaaaand now it is. We're reviewing our CC&R's and policies to
decide if we want to change anything both in regards to long term rentals
but* especially* in regards to short term rentals. I'm on the hunt for
short term rental policies for a cohousing community home ... does anyone
have anything to share?
