Grooming Space

I presume this means a place for people to get hair cuts/spa services (vs. dog
grooming).

I would highly advise against having very specific uses like this that require
special equipment or plumbing to have a dedicated space in the CH. Unless you
have a vendor lined up in advance who is willing to pay for the use of that
space, it is not advisable to spend money to plumbing hair washing sinks for a
"would be nice" activity.
As Sharon said, if the people who care about this decide not to do it any
longer, what can this room be adapted to be?

AND....
If you remove the hair washing function (i.e. ,tell people to wash their hair
and come to CH with wet hair for appointments), then you could simply do a hair
cutting day in the great room....just make sure participants are very
meticulous about cleaning up (no one likes hair clippings on the table during
mealtime). You could have chair and mirror stored in a closet and pulled out
for that function.
