Hi.  I live in Gainesville Cohousing and we have 24 single family owned
homes. Everyone pays the same monthly dues of $150. This is how we spend
that $150:

52% Operating expense  (electric and gas and water for common areas,
grounds maintenance, pool maintenance, insurance)
12% Capital reserves
9% Contingency
22% Internet (fee)
5% Trash/Recycling (fee)
