Cohousing-L Mailing List: Estate planning

I am planning to leave my cohousing unit to my nephews.  If neither wants
to live here they will probably sell it.  Do you have some suggested
language that mandates or at least requests that the unit be sold with the
cohousing community's interest in mind?  My community does not have a right
of first refusal and screening/self-assessment of potential buyers is
encouraged, but not mandated.
