Hi all,
I’m hoping to get some ideas from this group about how yourcommunity assists 
those within your community that have a financial need. 

Haveyou helped members who had a temporary need such as those going through a 
divorceor job loss? Have you helped those with a long-term need such as those 
in your affordableunits? Do you have a fund for helping those in need or do you 
raise money “asneeded”? Have you helped members during home purchase or 
move-in? Our communityis getting close to purchasing our homes, and our final 
pricing (and interestrates!) are up quite a bit from our expected pricing two 
and a half years ago. Wewould like to retain our members and support those who 
find the increased pricingto be a financial burden.
