Sharon and all, We read Caste last year in our coho's Anti-Racism study group. Yes, it’s profound, potent, mind-altering. Now, in the new season of the On Being podcast, the March 9 episode is Krista Tippett interviewing Isabel Wilkerson. I listened to it yesterday, and WOW. She is on fire, with new inputs and insights, up to and including pandemic perspectives. I realized I need to read the book again - because one time through is not enough in this work of reshaping our perception of history and cultural reality. So, for all those not quite ready to read the book, you could start by taking an hour with this: https://onbeing.org/programs/isabel-wilkerson-we-all-know-in-our-bones-that-things-are-harder-than-they-have-to-be/ Jude, Portland OR
