Patricia,

Here are our WIP rules for the wait list at Rocky Hill Cohousing:
We ask that potential waitlist members:

   - Visit RHC and take a tour
   - Come to a Q&A and the beginning of a community meeting
   - Talk with a few current members
   - Write a statement of interest about themselves
   - Learn about our decision making process
   - Read our bylaws

Once people are on the waitlist, there are no other ongoing requirements.
Our trust indicates that buyers on the waitlist can purchase a home at the
appraised value before it reaches the open market (but after the community
members have had right of first refusal as well).
