The Fair Housing Act prohibits discrimination on the basis of family
status, age, gender, etc maybe not affluence.  So the seller if not the
community must be very aware even when advertising.  Famous lawsuit against
Craigslist years ago for ad that said "Ideal for Harvard Med School
students" with implication that others considered less favorably.
