Does anyone's community have a policy or practical experience regarding
security cameras installed by a member on the exterior of their unit and
how that might concern other members who don't want to be recorded as they
move about the community?

Many security cameras store whatever they capture on servers in the cloud
and law enforcement and others can gain access to the videos.

This isn't a current issue for us, just being proactive.
