Yes, and I don't think they teach any kind of consent in these management
courses.  So beware that they managers may have no clue that they aren't
simply showing initiative when for example they change out your electrical
meter for a smart meter, or bring in a plumber that costs triple because
there is an "emergency".  FWIW I think I'm a bit jaded, but I'm attempting
to say that my experience being on a co-op board for over 30years is that
managers tend to need managing.
