do you have documents like a checklist or policy/guideline you would care to 
share dealing with a big emergency in your community such as a fire/flood in 
your building/common house and how to deal with the aftermath?
our community recently dealt with water damage in the common house after a 
sprinkler got activated and we are developing a document and I would like to 
hear from other communities and learn from you. thanks in advance.
