Hello David,

Thank you so much, I did receive the attachment.

Unfortunately, these are for a condominium association, not an LLC, so they are 
not the same thing.

Forming a condominium association is the later stage in cohousing (usually), 
the LLC is for the development stage.

We are still looking for sample LLC papers.
