Cohousing-L Mailing List: Questions about events open to the public on community property

I know a number of cohousing communities Just Say No to events open to the 
public.  And presumably some do hold them.  We’d love to hear more about why 
those who don’t do them, don’t.  And if those who do them could share their 
guidelines it would be much appreciated.  We’re going to be examining this 
option soon and it is so helpful to have guidance from those who’ve been 
there/done that!  Thank you!
