I'm really glad I asked that question.  Thank you all who responded.  I
think the idea of everyone doing their "fair share" could use some
rethinking.  For example, there may be some whose input or contribution
might be actually unwise or counterproductive.  Maybe especially so for
those who don't feel they have anything to contribute?  In fact, their
contribution might even be detrimental!--
