Our community has a very organized work program but not very formal. We have 
long lists of tasks to which we match with people — a point person and a backup 
for ongoing jobs. Posted lists of one time jobs for workdays and any other time 
they can be done.

A model for work that some community is using is time banking. I think someone 
is using it because they asked Sean to add it to the Mosaic Software. Mosaic 
has a regular way to track work (recording hours) and the time bank.
