The presenter application for the 2024 National Cohousing Conference closes in 
2 weeks – apply today!

Please consider applying to present at the 2024 National Cohousing Conference, 
held in Denver, CO on August 2-4. In addition to sessions on familiar cohousing 
topics, we are seeking speakers who represent a diversity of perspectives. We 
encourage applications from those who have not yet attended a cohousing 
conference, as we value learning from adjacent movements and intersecting 
strategies toward a more cooperative future. We also hope to engage speakers 
who have deep and longstanding experience with cohousing, and seek sessions 
that align with the following themes:

Diversity, equity and justice in cohousing
Innovation in pursuit of affordability
Environmental Sustainability
Designing and fostering spaces of belonging
Practical skills for the life cycle of a community
Intergenerational connection & aging in community
We recognize the significant cost of attending national conferences, and seek 
to create equity and access by offering scholarships, in addition to the 60% 
discount on conference registration fees that is offered to all presenters. 
Scholarship funding will prioritize individuals who have been historically 
underrepresented at cohousing conferences, including BIPOC, young adults, 
students and those with parenting/caregiving roles. Apply for scholarship

Conference Sessions
90 minute sessions, in-person
August 3 & 4, 2024
Selected speakers given exclusive discount on conference registration

Pre-Conference Intensives
Half & full day sessions, in-person
August 1 & 2, 2024
Selected speakers share profits (50/50) of intensives

Deadline to apply is October 31, 2023. Presenters will be confirmed by the end 
of 2023, with conference registration opening in January 2024.
