The primary feature of https://cocreatecohousing.org  is the
design library of concepts.

Included in the library are high-level concepts related to cohousing.
They are inspired by the patterns in the 1977 book A Pattern Language,
which aims to be a practical tool for helping community members work
with their neighbours in the process of construction. A pattern
"describes a problem which occurs over and over again in our
environment, and then describes the core of the solution to that
problem, in such a way that you can use this solution a million times
over, without ever doing it the same way twice".
