Ed,
Here at Songaia we do most community wide meetings in hybrid. (Committees may 
meet on Zoom or in person). 

Songaia also has very active associate members (people who don't live on site 
but support and regularly engage with the community) so the hybrid option is 
well used. I'm a strong advocate for making hybrid work as it provides access 
and has also driven better accessible practices like using a mic, not 
over-talking, etc.

Let me know if you ever want to come on down to Songaia (we are a 75 minute 
drive from Bellingham for a house meeting to see how we do it), or if you would 
want to talk to a member of our tech team. I can make a connection that way. 
One of our tech team is interested in supporting with in depth consulting at a 
pretty affordable rate, too.
