With our lovely sunny Colorado weather, we eat outside a lot in the summer. Our 
common house terrace is about 1000 sf, if I remember correctly. It works great 
for our 24 homes (soon to be 38 homes). Since I can’t post attachments here, 
I’ll send you a diagram privately.
