Durham Cohousing in downtown Durham, North Carolina, anticipates condos

One of the best things about Durham Coho is our location, adjacent to
Durham Central Park downtown. We are proud of our award winning building,
our spectacular condos and magnificent gardens, and our sustainability
features that lower our costs and carbon footprint.

As cool as our building is, our community is what makes us truly special.
Our lively and creative group of 39 adults and 3 children includes artists,
musicians, writers, scientists, academics, social workers and more. We
enjoy participating in the rich life Durham offers, and in giving back to
