At River Song we have sold 3 units over the last 18 months, all by having a
team of members doing the promotion, correspondence, and interface with
potential clients.  One of the units sold had been listed with a well
respected agent that didn't result in anything but (I expect) loss by the
sellers of the agent's commission.
