We are very excited to have our first coho open house in our nearly constructed 
community, Washington Commons in West Sacramento, just across the river from 
Sacramento. 

Our open house will be Sunday, May 5, 1 to 3 PM. Go to our website to RSVP. 
We’d love to have you. 

We have a few 2 bedroom flats remaining. One of them will be staged on Sunday.  
Our urban cohousing community is a 4 story, all-electric, sustainably designed 
and located in a vibrant walkable and bikable urban area with 35 condominium 
flats. We are a lively, diverse group of individuals and couples. 

Construction is expected to be complete toward the end of June and then we’ll 
be moving in!!
