Hi all,

I am a student in the current [Sociocracy 
Academy](https://www.sociocracyforall.org/academy/) cohort and am in the 
beginning stages of founding a cohousing community in Boston, MA. At the 
intersection of these two things, is a project I'm working on in my Academy 
learning circle -- looking at the ways sociocracy is used in intentional 
communities, and in particular what kinds of modifications communities tend to 
make to the typical sociocratic structure.

If you are a member of an intentional community that uses sociocracy in some 
form, I would be very grateful if you'd fill out [this

be a one-page document summarizing the common modifications communities tend to 
make to the sociocratic governance structure -- and there's a spot in the
