Sociocracy's Proposal-Forming process complements whichever method your group 
may use now--classic, traditional consensus; modified consensus; or Sociocracy 
itself. It works well with them all.

Creating clear, effective, thorough proposals with Sociocracy's 
Proposal-Forming Process and my visual-template format it is easy and fun. 
Participants will learn exactly how to create new proposals in this co-creative 
group process, and you can take back this visual-template method to share with 
your group.

The June 17 class begins with a live demonstration of this enjoyable process. 
Participants will then practice it together to get a "felt-sense" of how easy 
it is to create proposals with this method.

This free class is for people who’'d like to experience what doing Sociocracy 
feels like, and who'd like to learn the empowering, user-friendly 
Proposal-Forming process to take back and share with your own community, 
committee, or task group. Proposal-Forming with the visual template is 
empowering, enjoyable, and easy to teach to others.

Sociocracy is especially successful self-governance and decision-making method 
I now highly recommend instead of consensus because its mutually beneficial and 
mutually reinforcing parts can provide checks and balances against 'power over" 
behaviors.
