rental. I am traveling from Sept 19 - Oct 19 and are looking for a responsible 
person(s) to rent my home. I am also wanting to sublet to someone who is 
looking to experience and participate in community, not just short-term 
housing. Second bedroom is currently set up as an office with a full bed. 
Located within a cohousing community in Cotati where you have your own 
completely equipped private space (2 decks) and also community rooms where you 
share meals a few times a week. Gardens, playspaces, workshop hot tub, 
washer/dryer, utilities included- no phone. Non-smoker, no pets. $1,800
