Cohousing-L Mailing List: charges to owners for personal use of guest rooms

I am wondering if other cohousing communities charge their owners for using the 
guest rooms for personal use.  For example, the bathroom doesn't work in their 
own unit so they spend the night in a guest room.  Or something unexpected 
comes up, maybe a couple argues, and wants a night apart.  Any thoughtsFern
