I live at Quimper Village in Port Townsend, WA. We began development in 2014
and moved-in in 2017. During development we had two kinds of meetings, one
focused on the tasks of physical plant development and one on the talks of
people-community development. We still have, now monthly, all-member meetings
(we call them general meetings) focused on operations, physical plant,
community decision-making, etc, and a weekly second meeting, called Friday
Forum, focused on the people community. Not as many members participate in
Friday Forum; but it is important to those who do.

We also have a weekly TGIF hour which is open to all members…folks bring
nibbles to share, their choice of beverage and most importantly, themselves.

BTY - 'heart-share' is a good name.
