Our community is considering providing complementary meals for first-time (not 
personal) guests to our community

Do other communities do this?
If so, how do you manage it from both a bookkeeping and budgeting perspective?

Please note that a piece of the puzzle is that our meal accounts are managed 
separately from community funds. Have any other cohos create a community guest 
meal account within such a non-community fund?
