Hi all,

Over here at Bristol Village Cohousing in Vermont, we’re in the process of
revamping our unit sales policy and are looking for inspiration from other
communities.

If your community has a written unit sales policy/process that you’re
willing to share, we’d appreciate seeing it. We’re also interested in any
extra context that might not be visible from the policy itself, e.g. how
has the policy worked for you in practice? What challenges have you faced?
