Yes

I’m by no means any expert. Only chiming in to make a case for multipoint
approaches,

Things like floor or building leader, radio comms, satellite options, back
up power, cell towers /services may be out and phones may lose power
quickly or be lost in the shuffle. Asp medical equipment can lose power so
if people are diabetic that might need extra care and backups ideas
considered ahead of time.
