Here at Eastern Village Cohousing in Maryland, just inches from Washington DC, 
our monthly condo fees range from $455 to $970. They are based 75% on square 
footage and 25% just on being a unit in an effort to make larger units, which 
might have larger families, a little less of an impact.

The fee includes all cohousing activities as well as all utilities, and 
internet, other than electric. (Is Internet a utility these days…)
